Azure Services - Virtualization Integration Developer

Akkodis is seeking an Azure Services - Virtualization Integration Developer for a Contract with a client in San Diego, CA. This role involves translating and modernizing VMware workflows to Azure services while designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.

Rate Range: $64/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Azure Services - Virtualization Integration Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Translate and modernize VMware vRO/vRA (VCF Automation) workflows into Azure-based automation solutions.

• Design and implement integration solutions across Azure services to support virtualization and cloud operations.

• Develop and maintain orchestration workflows and automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning.

• Collaborate with architects and infrastructure teams to align solutions with cloud migration strategies.

• Troubleshoot and optimize automation processes to improve performance and reliability.

• Ensure documentation and adherence to best practices for cloud integration and virtualization management.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6–8 years of experience in integration development, virtualization, or cloud technologies.

• Strong expertise in VMware vRO/vRA (VCF Automation) and experience translating automation workflows to Azure services.

• Hands-on experience with Azure integration, cloud automation, and scripting for infrastructure orchestration and virtualization environments.

Pay Details: $64.00 to $68.00 per hour
