Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Blue Ash, OH. This role leads to the design and implementation of enterprise data integration and migration solutions using Informatica and cloud platforms.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $55/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC/IICS and PowerCenter.

• Lead cloud data migration initiatives from on-premises systems to Snowflake, GCP, or other cloud platforms.

• Develop mappings, workflows, and task flows while ensuring data quality, validation, and transformation accuracy.

• Manage Informatica platform administration, including installations, upgrades, migrations, and secure agent configurations.

• Optimize data pipelines for performance using techniques like partitioning, pushdown optimization, and CDC.

• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data processing and integration.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 8–12+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT development, and Informatica platforms.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Informatica IDMC/IICS (CDI, CDQ, CAI), PowerCenter, and experience with cloud platforms like Snowflake and GCP.

• Proven experience in data migration, ETL/ELT architecture, performance optimization, and working with multiple databases and integration tools across enterprise environments.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $55.00 per hour
