Production Support

Akkodis is seeking a Production Support for a Contract with a client in Hamilton, NJ (Hybrid). The ideal candidate is responsible for monitoring Azure-based applications, handling incidents, and ensuring system stability through proactive troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Production Support Job Responsibilities include:

• Monitor Azure applications and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

• Respond to production incidents, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).

• Manage incident tickets using tools like ServiceNow or JIRA while ensuring SLA compliance.

• Analyze logs and system metrics using Azure App Insights and other monitoring tools.

• Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes, deployments, and release management.

• Implement automation and proactive monitoring to improve system reliability and reduce manual effort.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in production support or cloud operations, with strong exposure to Azure environments.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure services, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and monitoring tools like Azure App Insights.

• Proven experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and CI/CD pipelines, with solid knowledge of Linux/Windows systems and networking.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $56.00 per hour
