Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract with a client in New York, NY. The ideal candidate is responsible for leading large-scale AI, automation, and data-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, governance standards, and cross-functional execution.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $66/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Program Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage enterprise-wide AI, automation, and analytics programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

• Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and risk management strategies to ensure program success.

• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage sprints, backlog prioritization, and continuous delivery improvements.

• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, dashboards, and strategic communications.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships, influence decision-making, and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

• 8–12 years of experience in program or project management, with strong exposure to AI, data, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and program governance.

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to drive AI/ML or data-driven initiatives and deliver impactful presentations and reporting.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $66.00 per hour
