Python-AI_ML-GenAI- Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Python-AI_ML-GenAI- Engineer for a Contract with a client in Sunrise, FL. This role will design, build, and deploy AI/ML and GenAI solutions from proof‑of‑concept through production while ensuring scalability, reliability, and governance.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $47/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Python-AI_ML-GenAI- Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and GenAI solutions from proof‑of‑concept to production.

• Translate business requirements into scalable AI architecture and technical designs.

• Own the full model lifecycle, including training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.

• Build and integrate CI/CD pipelines for automated model release and deployment.

• Monitor model performance, drift, latency, and cost to ensure reliability and scalability.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior engineers on AI/ML best practices.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• 6–10+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong focus on AI/ML and Python development.

• Hands‑on experience designing and deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions using Python, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proven expertise in model lifecycle management, distributed systems, and collaboration across product, architecture, and engineering teams.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $47.00 per hour
