Sr. Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for a Contract with a client in San Jose, CA. Responsible for driving successful program execution, ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders, and delivering scalable customer experience solutions.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $63/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Sr. Program Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer experience objectives.

• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate between business, technical, and stakeholder groups.

• Define program scope, timelines, and delivery strategies using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

• Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

• Drive continuous improvement and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.

• Provide regular status updates, reporting, and communication to leadership and stakeholders.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 8–10+ years of experience in program management within software or technology environments.

• Proven experience managing large-scale programs in customer experience platforms involving web, voice, and chat systems.

• Strong expertise in leading cross-functional teams and delivering programs using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $63.00 per hour
