    For our esteemed client in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, we are seeking a Clinical Research Project Manager (m/f/d).

    Start: ASAP
    Location: Greater Frankfurt am Main area
    Workload: Full-time
    Project Duration: Until November 2025

    What you can do for us

    • Overseeing the planning, management, and performance of assigned clinical trials from country allocation during the feasibility process until study closure, including archiving at the CSU level. This involves managing study timelines, budgets, and conduct in compliance with Sanofi SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines
    • Proactively identifying and anticipating risks that could impact trial performance and developing and implementing countermeasures through detailed planning and regular plan revisions
    • Working across countries or clusters, including satellite countries, to ensure effective trial management and coordination
    • Acting as the key strategic point of contact at the country/cluster level, working with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and enhance operational processes to accelerate trial conduct. This involves close collaboration with CSU functions and other departments, such as Medical Advisor, Site Engagement Manager, Strategic Start-Up Manager, and Medical Science Liaisons
    • Serving as the contact person within a therapeutic area for study management and conduct, leading a study team through change management, and representing the LSM perspective in organization-wide initiatives

    The skills that are needed

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Health or Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification
    • Minimum of 3 years in clinical research, ideally combined with project management experience and time spent as a field monitor or site coordinator
    • Broad knowledge across various therapeutic areas, showcasing a well-rounded scientific expertise
    • Willingness to travel as needed for project success (20%-30%)
    • Project Management certification (PMP/PMI) or a similar credential, underscoring your project management skills
    • Proven ability to handle complex trial management with finesse
    • Experience in collaborating with international teams, especially in regulatory and communication aspects
    • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate in a global context
