Industrial Engineer SAM inspection m/w/d

• Definition and specification of the SAM (scanning acoustic microscope) inspection machine for power modules in Nuremberg
• Leading of the machine development process together with the supplier: technical discussion of the design of each individual machine based on process know how, if needed involvement of Vitesco internal process specialists, Alignment and tracking of the industrialization timing
• Definition of automation concepts and securement of machine security according to European standards
• Leading of the machine acceptance, Definition, discussion and tracking of LOP points until they are closed
• Definition of lean production concepts and evaluation of needed invest based on product value stream data
• Definition and alignment of the production layout within the plant
• Support of process related trials and experiments

Profil

• Master degree within electrical or mechanical engineering
• Several years of working experience within SAM inspection of (power) electronics and/or automotive 
• Knowledge in machine security regulations as well as lean automation concepts
• Skilled English know-how (fluently speaking)
• Good knowledge within MS Office
• Good communication skills, efficient working style
•  Traveling of up to 10% required (to supplier) and 60% onside in Nuremberg
