Aufgaben
- You monitor and report the real‑time status of cabin‑related Outstanding Work (OSW) on aircraft.
- You analyze, prioritize, and coordinate open items such as NCs, TLBs, QLBs, and ARs based on urgency, technical relevance, and delivery milestones.
- You ensure the administrative closure, accurate status tracking, and complete documentation of all open items in the relevant systems throughout all aircraft phases up to final delivery.
- You identify critical blockers, proactively escalate deviations at key milestones, and develop action plans and re‑planning scenarios to address unforeseen events.
- You coordinate interfaces with Production, Quality, the Final Assembly Line (FAL), the Delivery Center, internal stakeholders, and suppliers, lead operational meetings, communicate progress, risks, and mitigation actions, and support version management for cabin‑related modifications and open work packages.
- You hold a degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering, or a qualification as a state‑certified technician with relevant aerospace experience.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the aerospace environment, ideally in cabin, production, integration, delivery, or outstanding work management.
- You demonstrate a solid understanding of aerospace production and delivery processes and are experienced in coordinating technical topics across multiple interfaces.
- You have hands‑on experience with relevant aerospace tools, mandatory knowledge of SAP PEA/PAC, ACPnG, TANDEM, RRPO, eQLB, and ALB, and are confident working in system‑driven environments.
- You work in a structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented manner, bring strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset, and communicate fluently in English (minimum C1); German skills are a plus.
