Project Manager – Learning Platform (Docebo) (m/f/d)

• Act as the system owner for the Docebo Learning Platform, ensuring optimal performance, configuration, and usability.
• Manage platform administration, including user access, permissions, course assignments, and data management.
• Implement and oversee AI-driven features within Docebo to enhance automation, personalization, and analytics.
• Conduct a comparative analysis of Docebo and Workday Learning, evaluating functionality, scalability, and strategic alignment.
• Prepare reports and data for internal and external audits.

Aufgaben

We are looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of a learning platform and drive its optimization and strategic development. This role focuses on system administration, advanced configuration, and leveraging innovative technologies to deliver an outstanding user experience.

 

Start: ASAP

Duration: 3 months (with option to extend)

Workload: Full-time for the first 3 months, then hourly after completion of the analysis

Profil

• Proven experience managing learning management systems, particularly Docebo (advanced administrator level).
• Strong understanding of Workday Learning architecture and functionality.
• Experience with audit preparation, data reporting, and system documentation.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning solutions is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills to assess system performance and process efficiency.
• Highly organized and able to work independently with a strong sense of accountability.
