Project Manager Trim&Form press m/w/d

• Leading of the Trim & Form process industrialization and optimization process together with the supplier: technical discussion of the design of each individual machine part based on process know how, if needed involvement of Schaeffler internal process specialists, alignment and tracking of the timing
• Definition of automation concepts and securement of machine security according to European standards
• Leading of the machine acceptance, Definition, discussion and tracking of LOP points until they are closed
• Definition of lean production concepts and evaluation of needed invest based on product value stream data
• Development, discussion and tracking of DFM measures within the global project team, Leading of DFM activities
• Support of process related trials and experiments

Profil

• Master degree within electrical or mechanical engineering
• Several years of working experience within automotive and/or (power) electronics
• Several years of working experience with transfer molding process and machines
• Knowledge in machine security regulations as well as lean automation concepts
• Skilled English know-how (fluently speaking)
• Good knowledge within MS Office
• Good communication skills, efficient working style
• 100% onside in Nuremberg
