System Chief EngineerAvionics, Electrics & EWIS (all genders)

• Lead the development execution of a Product Delivery Team (PDT) to ensure delivery on time, cost and quality.
• Integrate the Avionics, Electrics and EWIS systems at aircraft level in alignment with aircraft‑level requirements and chief engineers.
• Monitor design progress and elaborate recovery plans or improvement proposals when required.
• Deliver a System‑Level Product Description (SDD), including System Level Functions, Logical System Architecture and Physical System Definition
• Provide regular Weight Reports to the weights group.
• Provide regular System Performance Status Updates.
• Participate in Technical Change Board Meetings where system‑level topics are affected.
• Participate in airworthiness and regulatory board meetings.
• Conduct technical risk and opportunity management.
• Define and execute technical risk mitigation plans.

Profil

• Engineering degree (e.g., BEng, MEng) in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in relevant areas of aircraft development, especially system integration.
• Proven experience as Systems Chief Engineer with at least 10 years in a similar field.
• Broad proficiency in the latest certification requirements and aircraft system design approaches, including interfaces with other disciplines.
• Confirmed experience leading and executing systems development within a CS‑25 aircraft development program.
• Excellent knowledge of air legislation, quality management, configuration management, and safety aspects in new aircraft development.
• Strong ability to interact and influence; proactive and solution‑oriented working style.
• Proven ability to prioritize, manage, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confirmed leadership experience within multicultural teams.
• Proactive, structured, and solution‑driven mindset.
