Akkodis is seeking a M365 Migration Analyst for a contract with a client in Chicago, IL(Remote). You will lead integration and migration efforts across Microsoft 365 services, ensuring secure cross-tenant collaboration and standardized onboarding processes.
Rate Range: $40/hour to 41/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
M365 Migration Analyst job responsibilities include:
Design and implement integration strategies for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Manage hybrid environments, ensuring seamless connectivity between on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD / Entra ID.
Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations during mergers, acquisitions, or business transformation initiatives.
Establish secure cross-tenant collaboration frameworks to support multi-organizational communication and data sharing.
Standardize onboarding processes for new agencies or business units joining the M365 ecosystem.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during migration and integration phases to ensure minimal disruption.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 migrations and hybrid infrastructure support.
Proven expertise in tenant-to-tenant migrations and cross-tenant collaboration setup.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure AD / Entra ID and hybrid identity configurations.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $41.00 per hour
