Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a contract with a client in Las Vegas, NV. The candidate will be responsible for driving strategic planning and execution while overseeing resource allocation and risk mitigation across multiple complex projects.
Rate Range: $49/hour to 50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Program Manager job responsibilities include:
Develop and execute strategic program plans that align with organizational goals and long-term objectives.
Oversee multiple complex projects, ensuring coordination and effective resource allocation across teams.
Manage program budgets and funding, optimizing financial resources to support project success.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively, resolving issues to maintain program stability and progress.
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, evaluating outcomes and implementing best practices for future initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (master’s preferred).
Minimum of 8 years in program or project management, handling complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven ability to manage program budgets and resource allocation across multiple projects.
Strong stakeholder communication skills with experience reporting to senior leadership and aligning cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $50.00 per hour
