    Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a contract with a client in Las Vegas, NV. The candidate will be responsible for driving strategic planning and execution while overseeing resource allocation and risk mitigation across multiple complex projects.

    Rate Range: $49/hour to 50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Program Manager job responsibilities include:

    • Develop and execute strategic program plans that align with organizational goals and long-term objectives.

    • Oversee multiple complex projects, ensuring coordination and effective resource allocation across teams.

    • Manage program budgets and funding, optimizing financial resources to support project success.

    • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, resolving issues to maintain program stability and progress.

    • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.

    • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, evaluating outcomes and implementing best practices for future initiatives.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (master’s preferred).

    • Minimum of 8 years in program or project management, handling complex, cross-functional initiatives.

    • Proven ability to manage program budgets and resource allocation across multiple projects.

    • Strong stakeholder communication skills with experience reporting to senior leadership and aligning cross-functional teams.

    Pay Details: $49.00 to $50.00 per hour
