    Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow Architect for a contract with a client in Columbus, OH(Remote). You will design scalable solutions using catalog items, workflows, and Flow Designer while leading integrations and portal customizations.

    Rate Range: $55/hour to 60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    ServiceNow Architect job responsibilities include:

    • Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules, catalog items, workflows, and Flow Designer.

    • Develop and customize Service Portal components to meet client-specific needs and enhance user experience.

    • Lead integrations with external systems using Integration Hub, Spokes, and REST/SOAP APIs.

    • Write and maintain advanced scripts using JavaScript and Glide API for both client-side and server-side logic.

    • Manage CMDB data operations including bulk imports, transform maps, and data integrity.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical architecture and documentation.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

    • Must hold active ServiceNow certifications including CSA and CAD/CIS-ITSM.

    • Proven expertise in designing solutions using catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

    Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
