    A Business Development Sales job in Columbus, OH is available courtesy of Akkodis.  We are searching for a sales professional that has experience in the residential building materials space (windows, flooring, roofing, siding, etc…) to join the team.  You will be given a book of business but the major part of this position is bringing in new business.

     

    Pay:  $  80,000 - $90,000

    Business Development Sales responsibilities:

    ·         Work with the Sales Leader on developing a strategic plan to grow the business

    ·         Account Management of a current book of business

    ·         Prospect and develop plans to grow the business with new customers

    ·         Stay abreast of industry trends and competition

    ·         Presentation to customers using PowerPoint and other presenting materials

    Qualifications:

    ·         Bachelors Degree OR equivalent in experience will be considered

    ·         Prior building material sales experience is required

    ·         New business development experience as well as some account management

    ·         Proficient at networking and developing relationships
