AI & Modern Workplace Consultant

About the Role:

Are you passionate about shaping the future of work through AI and digital transformation? We’re looking for an AI & Modern Workplace Consultant to help organisations unlock the full potential of Microsoft 365 Copilot and modern productivity solutions.

In this role, you’ll:

• Deliver Copilot pre-sales engagements, workshops, and user enablement sessions.
• Build strong relationships with Microsoft and customers to help grow and scale our Copilot practice.
• Facilitate engaging workshops, "prompt-a-thons," vision and value discussions, and deployment engagements.
• Focus on driving business value, boosting adoption, and leading change management strategies.

Who You Are:

• You have a strong background in modern work/productivity tools and a passion for helping people work smarter.
• You bring experience in pre-sales consulting, customer engagement, or you’ve been a champion/power user of workplace technology within your own organisation.
• You have hands-on experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI productivity tools, and ideally some exposure to low-code platforms like Copilot Studio or Power Platform.
• You're skilled in leading business value discussions, scenario and persona discovery, and envisioning AI-led transformation journeys.
• You understand adoption and change management principles and love driving user engagement.
• You have strong facilitation skills and enjoy leading workshops that energise and inspire.
