    What we need from you / What our client requires

    ·      Strong expertise in SAP Ariba SLP, Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, and Contract Management

    ·      Deep understanding of catalogue configuration, invoice exception handling, and approval workflow design (DOA)

    ·      Hands-on experience integrating Ariba with ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Maximo) and middleware (MuleSoft)

    ·      Strong reporting and analytics knowledge with Ariba dashboards and spend visibility tools

     

     

     

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic Ariba Solution Architect to join our client’s team and lead the review and optimisation of a complex Source-to-Pay (S2P) environment as part of a large-scale enterprise transformation. This is a hands-on architecture role focused on identifying inefficiencies, enhancing user experience, and maximising the value of SAP Ariba across procurement, sourcing, and supplier management functions.

     

    In this role, you will lead the assessment of current system configurations, workflows, and integrations. You’ll identify pain points, uncover underutilised features, and provide practical recommendations that improve automation, compliance, user experience, and data integrity. Your expertise will directly contribute to the client’s digital procurement strategy and help build a roadmap for future enhancements and greater platform value.

     

     

    Key Requirements

     

    ·      Provide technical leadership for mobile development squads using Xamarin/.NET MAUI

    ·      Lead functional reviews of Ariba/iBuy configurations across S2C and P2P modules

    ·      Evaluate the use of standard vs. custom features and recommend optimisation paths

    ·      Review integrations across MuleSoft, Ariba, Oracle, and Maximo to improve data flow and automation

    ·      Redesign Delegation of Authority (DOA) and approval workflows for improved compliance and clarity

    ·      Enhance supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle tracking, and sourcing efficiency

    ·      Improve Ariba analytics and reporting capabilities, particularly around spend visibility

    ·      Provide technical input into business cases, implementation plans, and high-level roadmaps
