    What we need from you / What our client requires

    ·      More than 5 years of experience in asset management or inventory control, with leadership capability

    ·      Strong knowledge of asset tracking systems such as ServiceNow

    ·      Familiarity with ITIL and IT Asset Management frameworks

    ·      Experience coordinating audits, compliance, and asset reconciliation activities

    ·      NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory

     

     

    We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Lead to join our client’s team, driving asset lifecycle management and compliance across hardware, software, equipment, and real estate. You will lead asset audits, maintain asset databases, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure asset accuracy and regulatory compliance. Your insights and leadership will support budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ITIL/ITSM best practices.

     

     

    Key Requirements

    ·      Develop and implement comprehensive asset management policies and procedures

    ·      Maintain and update asset inventories, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

    ·      Monitor asset lifecycle activities from acquisition through retirement

    ·      Lead asset audits and physical verifications across multiple sites

    ·      Analyze asset data to generate utilization, depreciation, and forecasting reports

    ·      Manage software/hardware licenses and warranty information

    ·      Collaborate with Procurement, IT, Finance, and Operations to reconcile asset records

    ·      Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
