BUSINESS ANALYST

Responsibilities: 

• Undertake business analysis as part of a project delivery team. 
• Investigate business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity.  
• Adopt holistic view to identify and analyse problems and opportunities.  
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders. 
• Conduct analysis and identifies recommendations for improvements. 
• Follow agreed standards, applying appropriate techniques to elicit and document requirements to appropriate level.  
• Demonstrate good stakeholder management skills and provides constructive challenge to stakeholders as required.  
• Demonstrate business analysis competencies and Agile mindset. 
• Help develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships. 

 

Skills & Experience  

• Proven experience as a senior BA working on complex application development projects, preferably within the Microsoft D365, Power Portal stack.  
• Experience working in multi-vendor environments, with broad stakeholder groups, excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
• Prior experience working in Federal Government Agencies preferable. 
• Self-starter that can work autonomously and take end to end accountability for assigned deliverables.  
• Experience working on Agile projects, developing, and defining user stories.  
• Existing Federal Baseline clearance 

Company details

A senior business analyst you will be required to work with the Akkodis Technical Team, and stakeholders to capture requirements for a range of key system enhancements and legislative compliance, in the form of user stories. The role will work hand in hand with the development team to ensure that new features and functionality meet the business need and acceptance criteria
