Role

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support the development of business cases across a diverse digital portfolio. This role is ideal for professionals who combine analytical thinking with strategic insight and have a strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives.

You will lead and support the creation of robust, evidence-based business cases by engaging with stakeholders, gathering requirements, conducting options analysis, and collaborating closely with business, technical, and finance teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development of business cases for digital projects
• Conduct stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and options analysis
• Translate complex business problems into clear, structured documentation and options analysis
• Perform NPV and cost-benefit analysis to frame a compelling case for investment
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and finance to ensure proposals are robust and evidence-based

 

What You’ll Need

Essential Criteria

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Business Case Developer in digital or ICT environments
• Proven track record in developing business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Immediate availability
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (2 days remote, 3 days onsite or as required)
