    The Role

    Take on a pivotal role as a Business Analyst in the transformative project that will reshape the way we handle traditional cheque-based transactions, replacing them with secure, state-of-the-art digital payment solutions. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation, where you will lead the charge in system enhancements, design forward-thinking workflows, and ensure data security is top-notch throughout the process.

     

    In this highly engaging role, your expertise will be critical in managing and refining end-to-end workflows, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, and navigating complex IT systems to drive success. You’ll take ownership of the project’s business and technical requirements by facilitating workshops with key stakeholders, ensuring that both business needs and technical solutions are perfectly aligned. Your role will also involve supporting the testing, validation, and change management processes, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the new digital payment systems.

     

    Duties/Responsibilities

    • Analysing and documenting as is and to be workflows and processes including system interfaces
    • Collaborating with teams to design, and implement secure system interfaces
    • IT system-related projects and familiarity with
    • Liaising and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
