The Role
As a result of an ongoing transformation initiative, an opportunity exists for a Business Automation Specialist to assist in the transition of case management and content systems to a modern automation platform.
You’ll be hands-on in environment builds, system replatforming, and the migration of custom applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
Duties
• Migrate and rebuild case management and content systems across multiple environments
• Refactor and deploy customised plugins, extensions, and applications
• Validate solution performance and provide deployment support
• Deliver mentoring and documentation to upskill internal teams
• Support final migration and go-live activities
