The Role
In this role as a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing transformative projects, guiding teams and key stakeholders through seamless transitions to modern, digitally enabled environments. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic change management plans to ensure the smooth adoption of new spaces, technologies, and work practices, while driving cultural change across the organization.
Your ability to inspire and motivate individuals, combined with your strong leadership and exceptional communication skills, will be key in fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and growth. Duties/Typical Day/Responsibilities (If needed)
- Develop, manage, and implement the change management plan and associated documentation and reporting as well as communication and training collateral.
- Work alongside the project team to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities and report on progress and outcomes of the change management initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across CIT to identify potential challenges, develop mitigation plans, and ensure alignment with the broader Campus Renewal Program.
