Your Role

We are looking for a Client Development Manager to support new client growth and help build high-quality ICT delivery relationships.

This is a growth-focused role, suited to someone who is developing their career in ICT services sales or business development. You will focus on building pipeline, converting opportunities, and supporting early-stage client engagements, working closely with senior leaders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

New Business Development (Primary Focus)

Focus on high-velocity T&M opportunity generation, workforce augmentation demand creation, and expansion of services within existing and new clients.

 

Proactively prospect into whitespace accounts and develop new buying relationships across technology, delivery, procurement, and operational stakeholders.


Expand client relationships across hiring managers, project teams, procurement, and technology stakeholders to increase account penetration and recurring demand. Responsibilities include:

• Identify and pursue new client opportunities across mid-market and enterprise organisations 

• Build a pipeline through outreach, networking, and market engagement 

• Support client discovery conversations to understand business needs 

• Support client workforce and services growth through: 

o T&M workforce augmentation 

o Speed-to-fill 

o Utilisation alignment 

o Fast-cycle opportunity conversion 

o Account penetration 

o Repeat resource demand

o Professional services project delivery (SOW) 

• Lead proposal development 

• Help secure initial engagements and support onboarding into delivery

• Disciplined funnel management and forecast hygiene

• Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of assigned sales and margin targets


Client & Account Development

• Support early-stage client relationships following initial engagement 

• Work alongside senior account and practice leaders to maintain strong client relationships 

• Identify opportunities for growth, including: 

o Additional resourcing requirements

o Follow-on projects

o Expanded capability support

·      Contribute to building repeatable and sustainable client partnerships


Commercial & Delivery Coordination

• Lead commercial discussions, including:

o Rate negotiation 

o Margin management 

o Extension discussions 

o Renewals

• Lead pricing and development of proposals and Statements of Work 

• Work with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment to commercial frameworks and margin expectations 

• Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery 

• Contribute to maintaining high-quality client experiences

Required Experience

  • 4 - 7 years’ experience in business development, recruitment, or technology services 
  • Exposure to ICT services, consulting, or workforce solutions environments 
  • Experience supporting new business development or growing client accounts 
  • Experience working in collaborative, multi-stakeholder environments
