    We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a keen understanding of compliance requirements to join our team. In this role, you will act as the critical link between legal frameworks and technical implementation, ensuring that complex compliance regulations are effectively interpreted and translated into actionable technical tasks. You’ll collaborate closely with legal experts and software engineers to bring these requirements to life in our products.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and interpret compliance requirements, breaking down complex legal language into clear, actionable tasks.
    • Engage with legal experts to seek clarifications on regulations and ensure complete accuracy in compliance interpretation.
    • Translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications for development teams, ensuring legal standards are met across the product lifecycle.
    • Work alongside a team of experienced software engineers to oversee and implement compliance-related technical activities.
    • Facilitate smooth communication between legal, product, and engineering teams to ensure compliance requirements are fully integrated into our software solutions.
    • Develop and maintain thorough documentation of compliance requirements, technical processes, and system modifications.

    Candidate Profile

    Required Skills and Experience:


    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
    • Ability to effectively interpret complex legal documentation (‘legalese’) and distill it into actionable insights.
    • Experience in working closely with legal teams to ensure accurate compliance implementation.
    • Strong understanding of technical development processes and the ability to bridge the gap between legal and technical teams.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
