Copilot Functional Consultant

We’re scaling our Copilot capability at Barhead, an Akkodis company, and we’re hiring multiple consultants to join our growing delivery team.

This is an opportunity to work on real client engagements, helping organisations unlock value from Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents, while learning from industry experts at the forefront of AI adoption.

What makes this role different

This is not a “slideware only” role.

You’ll be:

• Working directly with customers on live Copilot engagements
• Running workshops where clients often start with “we don’t know where to begin”
• Translating AI capability into practical, business-ready solutions
• Co-designing and enabling outcomes, not just recommending them

What you’ll be doing

• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify high-value Copilot use cases
• Translate the what, why, how and who of Microsoft Copilot into business outcomes
• Design and support the build of AI agents using Copilot Studio and low-code tools
• Deliver enablement, training and co-build sessions with customers
• Partner with technical teams on integration, data, and governance
• Guide customers through change as AI adoption evolves rapidly

What we’re looking for

We’re open to backgrounds across consulting, technology and delivery.

You might come from:

• Business Analysis, Project Management, Consulting or Solution Architecture
• Microsoft Business Applications, Modern Work or Power Platform

What matters most:

• A strong consulting mindset
• Confidence engaging with stakeholders and running workshops
• Comfort working in ambiguity and change
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and continuous learning

Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform or low-code tools is highly regarded, but not essential if you’re keen to learn.
