What we need from you / What our client requires

·      Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Cyber Security or Identity & Access Management (IAM) domains

·      Solid understanding of IAM concepts

·      Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as AESCSF, ISO27001, and NIST

·      Proficiency with JIRA, Visio, and business process modelling tools

 

 

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our client’s team to support a Cyber Security transformation program. You will play a key role in defining and documenting IAM requirements, designing business processes, and ensuring alignment between security objectives and business needs.

This position involves working closely with stakeholders across IT, risk, and compliance to strengthen access controls, improve identity governance, and enable secure, efficient access across systems and applications.

 

Key Requirements

·      Engage with stakeholders to capture and analyse IAM-related business and security requirements

·      Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements and use cases

·      Facilitate security control assessments and feasibility studies

·      Develop and uplift IAM-related standards, policies, and guidelines

·      Assist in evaluating IAM tools and platform solutions

·      Support change management and adoption of IAM processes and tools

·      Demonstrated success influencing and engaging senior stakeholders
