What our client requires
Our client is seeking an experienced Data Lead – ERP Program to establish and operationalise data governance, data quality, and data management practices across a large‑scale ERP program. The role will ensure data is accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose to support system implementation, reporting, and informed decision‑making. You will work across business and technology teams to define governance frameworks, oversee data quality and migration activities, and embed sustainable data ownership and stewardship practices across the organisation. This is a hands on technical role requiring active configuration, implementation, and operational support across cloud and on‑premises environment
Responsibilities
· Design and implement an enterprise data governance framework, including policies, standards, and procedures
· Establish and embed data ownership and stewardship models with clear accountabilities and decision rights
· Define data quality standards, KPIs, and processes for profiling, validation, remediation, and monitoring
· Provide governance and oversight for ERP data migration activities, including mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and sign‑off
· Ensure migrated and retained data is accurate, compliant, auditable, and aligned with business needs
Develop and maintain program reporting including status updates, RAID logs, and data quality assurance evidence
· Identify, manage, and escalate data‑related risks, issues, and dependencies
· Develop training and enablement materials and uplift data capability across the organisation
