Role

We are seeking an experienced Migration Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise data migration program. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing, extracting, transforming, and validating data from multiple legacy systems and ensuring successful loading into the target environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, analyse, transform, and load data from multiple source systems into a target enterprise system.
• Develop and document data migration specifications and technical mapping.
• Define and implement data transport methods (e.g. HL7, XML, JSON) between systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute migration activities and data validation.
• Identify and escalate risks or issues associated with data migration tasks.
• Support testing and verification of migrated datasets to ensure data integrity.

 

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Analyst or Data Integration Specialist within complex enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience designing and developing ETL processes in large, complex environments.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with HL7 and Snowflake.
• Experience working with Snowflake for data processing, modelling, and transformation.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with data modelling and migration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
