Role

The role focuses on managing end-to-end data migration for a major SAP S/4HANA implementation. Reporting to the Project Technical Lead, you will ensure data quality, integrity, and successful migration through strong testing, validation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Location: Albion, Brisbane

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end data migration into SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

• Lead data cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation activities

• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for migration projects

• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT)

• Track, analyse, and resolve defects, ensuring risks and issues are communicated effectively

• Collaborate with Project Managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders

• Facilitate workshops to gather data requirements and communicate progress

• Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and security standards

• Document test results and provide reporting aligned with project timelines

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in data migration for large-scale ERP or financial system implementations

• Strong knowledge of data cleansing, data mapping, and transformation methodologies

• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA migrations (highly desirable)

• Experience coordinating and executing UAT and SIT testing cycles

• Ability to manage defects, testing processes, and reporting in structured environments

• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate business data requirements

• Experience working in complex, enterprise-level project environments

Qualifications & Clearance

• Relevant qualification in IT, Data Management, or related field

• Experience working within government or regulated environments (preferred)

• Ability to comply with governance, audit, and security requirements
