What we need from you?

Maritime/Naval technical experience

Manage and Lead Engineering Services activities

Experience in and knowledge of Diving and Hyperbaric Systems

Basic understanding of asset maintenance and the underlying technical data

  

Engineer Lead, where you’ll lead and support engineering activities across key sustainment programs.

Responsibilities include:

Engineering investigations and change analysis

Technical instruction development and risk management

Systems safety, supportability, and engineering reviews

Coordination of software services

 

As a Lead, you will:

Guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver engineering packages on time

Ensure documentation meets engineering standards

Manage engineering changes and subcontractor work

Liaise with internal teams and contribute to project meetings

Support contractual reporting requirements
