Job Title - EOC Support

Responsibilities:
· Support incident management from detection to resolution.
· Collaborate with resolver groups and service desk teams.
· Apply business intelligence for effective reporting.
· Help maintain system health by setting thresholds and providing early alerts.
· Assist with ITSM and SIAM processes as part of continuous service improvement.
Tools & Technologies:
ServiceNow, Splunk, MS Office, ITIL framework.
Qualifications:
· 1+ years of IT experience.
· Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· Basic understanding of ITIL (Incident, Event Management).
Continuous Improvement & Monitoring:
· Drive improvements in EOC processes, tools, and dashboards.
· Perform real-time monitoring of IT systems, networks, and applications.
· Raise incidents using ServiceNow and ensure services meet performance thresholds.
