• 5+ years’ experience with ETL tools (Informatica IICS/IDMC, PowerCenter)
• Strong SQL, RDBMS, DWH/BI knowledge, and UNIX scripting skills
• Proven experience in performance tuning and Control-M scheduling
• Background in large-scale data migration, archive/purge activities
• Exposure to retail or business banking data models

The Role
As a result of a significant transformation initiative, an exciting opportunity has opened for an ETL Lead to join the team. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimising data migration solutions using Informatica IICS/IDMC & PowerCenter. This role is integral to delivering scalable and secure data outcomes, with opportunities to contribute to automation and process optimisation.
Duties / Typical Day
• Design, develop, and maintain Informatica mappings, workflows, and assets
• Perform data migration, integration, and validation across complex environments
• Write and optimise SQL queries for transformation and performance tuning
• Develop shell scripts for automation and scheduling
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver accurate data solutions
