What we need from you
- Trade or Certificate III in Electronics, Communications, Electro Technology, Computing, or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years experience in mobile network field maintenance, integration, commissioning, or configuration
- Experience in deployment of mobile equipment
- Strong knowledge of network operations, fault investigation, and SLA/CSL compliance

The Role
As a result of ongoing network upgrades and operational requirements, there is now an exciting opportunity for a Field Operations Technician to maintain and optimise mobile and telecom infrastructure with a view to supporting critical national services.
Duties
- Perform reactive, corrective, and preventative maintenance of telecom and non-telecom infrastructure
- Support network upgrades, outage investigations, and SLA/CSL compliance
- Liaise with field staff, subcontractors, and third parties as required
- Participate in after-hours activities when necessary
- Undertake special assignments and lead work activities as required
