    About the Role:

    Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for IT support? We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst (L1/L2) to join a high-performing team supporting a large mining client in Perth.

    In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems across multiple regional mine sites, delivering hands-on support and exceptional customer service in a remote environment.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support across multiple mine sites
    •  Manage incidents and service requests effectively
    • Support Microsoft environments including Windows 10/11 and M365
    •  Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (laptops, tablets, mobile devices)
    • Work with SCCM and Intune for device management
    •  Deliver onsite support and build strong relationships with stakeholders
    •  Attend pre-start meetings and engage with site supervisors
    • Work autonomously in remote locations with minimal supervision


    Skills and Experience Required:

    • Proven experience in Desktop Support (L1/L2)
    • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
    • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and networking fundamentals
    • Hands-on experience with SCCM and Intune
    • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work under pressure in remote environments
    • Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
    • FIFO experience (highly desirable)
