We are seeking a motivated and experienced .NET Developer to help us build and maintain critical applications that drive government services and operations.

Role

We are looking for an experienced cloud .NET Developers to join our team.

 

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in .NET technologies, having worked with various versions and web services, including WCF, ReST and containerization of .NET services in AWS. A good understanding of .NET technologies, including upgrading .NET Framework to .NET Core/.NET 3.1/6/8 is essential. Candidates should have a good understanding of OpenID/OIDC technologies and preferably have implemented them in .NET ecosystem. Additionally, they need to be hands-on in building CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (ADO) and have good AWS knowledge.

Responsibilities:

·        Developing and maintaining high-quality cloud native software solutions using .NET technologies.

·        Containerizing .NET services in AWS.

·        Designing and building CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps

·        Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.

·        Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues.

·        Utilizing general AWS knowledge to optimize and enhance cloud-based applications.

 

Requirements:

·        Extensive experience across the .NET development ecosystem, with strong hands-on skills in C#.

·        Solid working knowledge of .NET Core.

·        Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.

·        Skill for writing reusable libraries.

·        Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns.

·        Knowledge of concurrency patterns.

·        Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.

·        Strong proficiency in Git.

·        Experience with PowerShell scripting.

·        Strong experience with WCF and ReST.

·        Proven experience in containerizing .NET services in AWS.

·        Hands-on experience with upgrading .NET Framework applications to .NET Core and .NET 6/8.

·        Good understanding of OpenID and OIDC technologies.

·        General knowledge of AWS services and best practices.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·        Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

 

Preferred :

·        Experience with microservices architecture.

·        Familiarity with other cloud platforms and services.

·        Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

·        Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
