    • Oversee the development, testing, certification, and deployment of new printer models, MFD capabilities, drivers, and software.
    • Actively participate in the service desk operations, following ITIL processes and ensuring timely resolution of tasks.
    • Manage tasks, job queues, and work autonomously to meet service level agreements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders within the agency and shared service clients to provide expert advice on printer and MFD-related matters.

Candidates with the following will be highly regarded:

    • 2+ years of technical experience working with MFDs, printers, and associated print server components.

    • Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Change and Incident Management.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify issues for escalation.
    • Ability to research and make sound decisions based on policy, procedures, and guidelines, especially related to Cyber Security and Essential 8 controls.
    • Basic experience in Group Policy Objects (GPO) management, whitelisting, and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
    • Familiarity with the Australian Signals Directorate Information Security Manual and security controls relevant to printer and MFD fleets.
