    ·      Proven experience supporting and managing enterprise business applications and system integrations

    ·      Strong background in application lifecycle management, configuration, and process optimisation

    ·      Experience managing software patching, upgrades, and compliance with frameworks such as the Essential Eight

    ·      Experience creating user guides, training materials, and knowledge articles for support teams and end users

     


    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Integration and Applications Specialist to join our client’s dedicated IT and business systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that key business applications and integrations are maintained, secure, and performing at their best. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, implement system enhancements, and lead small-scale projects that drive efficiency, data integrity, and user experience.

    Key Requirements

    ·      Support, maintain, and enhance core business applications and integrations across departments

    ·      Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver application improvements

    ·      Manage small-scale application projects including planning, reporting, and delivery

    ·      Provide Level 2 application support and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution

    ·      Configure, maintain, and upgrade systems in line with business and security requirements

    ·      Deliver user training and maintain comprehensive documentation

    ·      Ensure compliance with Essential Eight, software licensing, and data security standards

    ·      Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimisation

    ·      Participate in testing, deployment, and change management activities
