    Role Description:

    Our Local Technology Services team and be the backbone of seamless business operations! Help customers resolve technical issues with cutting-edge tools, contributing to global and local projects. You'll gain exposure to industry-leading software and technologies while supporting diverse customer groups.


    Responsibilities:

    ·        Use your skills as a Workstation Support technician to help transform how the client can deliver high performance

    ·        Demonstrate your excellent customer service skills supporting a diverse range of groups

    ·        Develop your technical skills by working with industry standard software such as Microsoft Windows 11, MacOS, iOS and Android operating systems using platforms such as Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Intune, SharePoint and OneDrive

    ·        Build skills supporting collaborative systems including Cisco Video Conferencing, Microsoft Surface Hubs as well as other AV systems.

    ·        Develop your communication skills by working closely with senior clients Leadership and key customer groups within the organization

    ·        Work collaboratively with a small team of technicians

    ·        Develop your training skills via personalized consultations and in open classroom face to face as well as virtual environments

    ·        Contribute to the knowledge capital of Local Technology Services

    ·        Challenge the status quo by bringing your energy and drive
