Junior Release Management Analyst

What we need from you

• 2–3 years of experience in Release Management, Change Enablement, or ITSM roles
•  Previous hands-on experience in release management is essential
•  Experience with ServiceNow (highly desirable)
•  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams
•  Good understanding of structured release environments and enterprise change processes
•  Strong Excel skills and ability to support reporting, scheduling, and coordination tasks
•  Process improvement mindset with exposure to automation or efficiency initiatives

 

Role

We are seeking a Junior Release Management Analyst to support end-to-end release management activities across complex enterprise environment

 

Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end Release Management lifecycle from planning through execution and post-release activities
•  Maintain forward release schedules including patching, multi-vendor, and multi-project releases
•  Coordinate daily release activities across build, test, and deployment teams
•  Ensure all changes are raised, tracked, and managed in line with defined processes and policies
•  Act as a key point of contact for release coordination and stakeholder communication
•  Support reporting, scheduling, and release governance activities

 

Nice to have:

•  Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
•  Experience working in large enterprise or managed services environments
•  Exposure to process improvement, automation, or continuous improvement initiatives
•  Strong understanding of ITIL / ITSM frameworks
