What we need from you

·         Professional experience in ServiceNow engineering, development, administration, or architecture

·        Solid understanding of ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB

·        Experience across ITOM, App Engine, IntegrationHub, or Discovery

·        One or more ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, Architect)

The Roles

We are hiring across several ServiceNow streams to support continued growth across long-term programs of work:

ServiceNow Engineer

Build, configure, and optimise platform functionality. Support ITSM modules, maintain CMDB integrity, and enable discovery and automation.

Key responsibilities:

·        Implement technical solutions across ITSM, CMDB, Discovery

·        Support performance tuning and platform upgrades

·        Maintain platform health and ensure SLA alignment

·        Collaborate with development and testing teams

ServiceNow Developer

Deliver custom solutions that solve enterprise problems. Write business rules, create workflows, and build integrations across multiple applications.

Key responsibilities:

·        Design and develop applications, flows, and data models

·        Build integrations with external platforms via REST, SOAP, and MID servers

·        Maintain code quality through version control and peer reviews

·        Contribute to solution design workshops

ServiceNow Administrator

Own the day-to-day platform operations. Manage incidents, permissions, roles, and patches, while supporting overall configuration health.

Key responsibilities:

·        Administer users, groups, and roles across the platform

·        Handle configuration requests and changes

·        Troubleshoot incidents and issues from end-users

·        Ensure compliance with internal governance processes

ServiceNow SME / Architect

Act as the technical lead on platform strategy, governance, and design. Define best practices and ensure architectural integrity across enterprise implementations.

Key responsibilities:

·        Set and guide ServiceNow architecture standards

·        Lead design and governance sessions with internal and client stakeholders

·        Own platform roadmaps and maturity assessments

·        Advise on licensing, module utilisation, and scalability
