·      Experience developing capability frameworks, position descriptions, and workforce planning tools

·      Ability to produce and present strategic documentation such as RACI models and organizational artefacts

 

 

We are seeking a skilled Operating Model Design Lead to join our client’s team, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to design organizational structures, roles, and frameworks that drive performance and effectiveness. You will facilitate workshops, deliver capability uplift programs, and manage competing priorities to deliver initiatives on time and to a high standard. Your strategic insights will be critical in supporting workforce planning and organizational change across the business.

 

Key Requirements

·      Design and implement organizational structures, roles, and position descriptions aligned to business goals

·      Facilitate stakeholder workshops and consultations to ensure cross-team alignment

·      Develop capability uplift programs to enhance team and organizational performance

·      Produce strategic documentation such as capability frameworks, RACI matrices, and organizational artefacts

·      Manage multiple priorities and deliver initiatives on time and to a high standard

·      Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex stakeholder relationships

·      Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
