    The Role

    This exciting opportunity is looking for an experienced Organisational Change Management (OCM) and Communication Professional who is passionate about contributing and supporting successful delivery across a range of projects in the IT Division

     

    Responsibilities

    • Ability to advise and support stakeholders including Executive/Senior Executive staff, leadership and the project teams to maximise adoption of new or changed technologies                            
    • Experience in creating and executing communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the change                                                                                                    
    • Tracking progress and reporting
    • Leading Program change activities including communication, engagements, capability uplift, developing guidance materials etc.
    • Collaborating with Projects, IT Division and business areas to communicate and engage stakeholders through the change process, ensuring understanding and buying.
    • Creating and distributing regular Program-wide communications, such as presentations, talking points, updates, and announcements, to keep stakeholders informed including supporting showcases to demonstrate progress and / or better practices.
    • Developing training and support materials to build capability and readiness.
    • Experience with Technology program implementations especially M365, Cloud, Service Now
    • Proficiency in visual communications, and data analysis will be extremely valuable.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
