Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience in Model-Driven App development to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, user-centric business applications using Microsoft’s Power Platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain solutions that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and external data sources.
- Implement business logic using Power Fx, JavaScript, and custom connectors where necessary.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices and governance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and updates.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience developing Model-Driven Apps within the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse, entity relationships, and business rules.
- Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Experience with JavaScript, Power Fx, and custom plug-ins (C#) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform.
- Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, Azure, or third-party APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
- Experience with Power Pages or Canvas Apps is a bonus.
