    Role Summary

    The Principal Business Analyst will lead and coordinate business and solution analysis activities to translate business improvement initiatives into clearly defined solution specifications. The role focuses on enterprise CRM uplift, ensuring traceability from business problems through to implemented solutions, while working across cross-functional, multi-project delivery environments.

    The portfolio is specifically looking for longer term Salesforce experience around key product components, such as multiple years across Sales, Service, Marketing, or a longer-term complex implementation, along with other functional BA experiences. There will also be a requirement for a successful candidate to have strong verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.


    Employment Type: Contract (12 months + extensions)

    Key Responsibilities

    ·      Lead and manage end-to-end business and solution analysis activities

    ·      Elicit, define, validate, prioritise and manage requirements (user stories with acceptance criteria)

    ·      Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions across diverse groups

    ·      Map and document current, transitional and future-state business processes and data models

    ·      Develop solution option assessments and contribute to feasibility studies

    ·      Provide clear, plain-language advice on technical matters to non-technical stakeholders

    ·      Support system, integration, UAT and production verification testing cycles

    ·      Contribute to training development and change enablement to drive platform adoption


    Required Skills & Experience

    ·      Extensive experience working with the Salesforce stack (Sales, Service, Marketing or complex enterprise implementations)

    ·      Proven experience deploying enterprise technologies across large, complex organisations

    ·      Strong systems-thinking approach with a customer-centric mindset

    ·      Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across diverse business units

    ·      Experience working across full delivery lifecycles ensuring traceability from problem to solution

    ·      Background in cross-functional, multi-project environments delivering concurrent outcomes

    ·      Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills

     

    Technical Capabilities & Experience

    • Expert-level business process modelling (preferably BPMN)
    • Strong experience translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
    • Experience working in hybrid Waterfall and Agile delivery environments
    • Ability to support sprint-based development with well-defined incremental user stories
    • Experience collaborating with project teams, in-house development teams and external vendors on integrated technology deployments
