    Key Skills and Experience:

    • 5+ years in administrative/program coordination roles within IT or project environments
    • Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Proven experience working with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary teams
    • Strong understanding of project lifecycles, governance, and reporting practices
    • Proficiency with tools such as SharePoint, Project Online, Azure DevOps (desirable)

     

    We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to support the delivery of a large-scale technology program for a major South Australian organisation. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a multi-year transformation initiative focused on enhancing corporate, customer, and data systems.

     

    About the Role:

    You will work closely with the Program Manager and Project Managers to coordinate program activities, track progress, and support project governance. Your contribution will ensure the smooth running of the program, efficient stakeholder engagement, and high-quality reporting to senior leaders.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate program communications and act as a central point of contact
    • Track progress across multiple projects and identify risks/opportunities
    • Produce reports and updates for senior stakeholders
    • Organise meetings, workshops, and logistical requirements
    • Provide administrative support including minute-taking and calendar management
    • Support program compliance with governance and delivery frameworks
    • Foster effective collaboration with teams across IT, data, and cyber functions
