What we need from you / What our client requires

·      7–10+ years' experience in Project Controls, Project Management or a similar role

·      Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting and risk management

·      Demonstrated knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI)

·      Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and reporting skills

 

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join our client team, supporting the successful delivery of complex infrastructure and network projects. This role will be responsible for leading all project controls activities, including planning and scheduling, cost management, risk management, governance and performance reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with Project Managers, Customer Delivery Managers, Commercial Teams and PMO stakeholders, you will provide critical project insights, performance analysis and recommendations that enable informed decision-making while driving continuous improvement across project delivery.

 

Key Requirements

·      Develop, maintain and monitor integrated project schedules across multiple projects and programs

·      Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis

·      Produce accurate project performance reports, including EVM, CPI and SPI metrics

·      Identify, assess and manage project risks while maintaining risk registers and mitigation plans

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement

·      Implement and maintain project controls processes, templates and governance frameworks

·      Ensure compliance with organisational methodologies, financial policies and industry best practices

·      Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project controls capability, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
