    The Role: 

    Are you a delivery-focused Project Manager with a passion for business transformation through technology? We’re seeking a capable and proactive individual to lead a series of enterprise-level systems projects, including a major migration to Salesforce.

     

    This role will see you steering complex implementations from legacy platforms to modern ecosystems, managing global stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet strategic and operational goals.

     

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Take charge of multiple enterprise technology projects, delivering outcomes on time, within scope, and on budget.
    • Guide the successful transition of data and functionality from legacy systems into the Salesforce environment, minimising disruption and maintaining compliance.
    • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including international teams and high-impact users, to ensure alignment and clear communication.
    • Translate technical and business needs into actionable roadmaps and detailed delivery plans.
    • Navigate risks and interdependencies with strong governance practices.
    • Provide transparent, structured updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
    • Ensure Salesforce implementations are aligned with business priorities and user adoption is supported.
    • Manage third-party vendors and budgetary aspects where relevant.
    • Contribute to organisational change efforts to support smooth transitions and handovers.
