What we need from you:
· Telecom Sector Experience
· Project scheduling and coordination strong experience, preferably in telecommunications.
· Strong Master Scheduling experience
About the Client:
Our Client is one of the leading Telecom client in Sydney.
Skills Required:
· Strong master scheduling across 7–8 work streams
· End-to-end scheduling leadership and PM support
· Follow-up on deliverables, financial tracking, and reporting
· Telecom project scheduling and coordination experience
· Advanced management of complex, multiyear projects and budgets
· Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities
· Excellent communication and global stakeholder management
Responsibilities:
· Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources for complex programs
· Support PMs in risk identification, issue resolution, and decision-making
· Monitor deliverables, maintain clear stakeholder communications
· Track and report financials, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts
· Act as main contact for customer schedule updates and coordination
· Apply project management best practices and keep documentation updated
· Drive risk management by identifying challenges and opportunities
